VISION
STATEMENT
Our vision is to create through the Body of Christ, a viable ministry. This ministry is meant as a continuation of some of the work that was being done at The Salvation Army in Sacramento. The abrupt closing near the end of 2019 left a void in the hearts of the servants and in the heart of our community.
We will accomplish this through donations from the Saints. While donations will play an important role in our opening, our ultimate goal is to structure a financially stable ministry while providing job opportunities for those in need as independent contractors. To be self-sustaining is ultimately where we want to be.
Our vision includes building a viable ministry that meets spiritual needs for both provider and those we are providing for, bringing our team together in a place to heal and a place to create something of our own — something that outlives us. We do this by following Jesus’ lead.
The timing of this forever bonds us to The Salvation Army.
God is able. God is good.
‘For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.’
Ephesians 2:8-9
